For the past term, Mrs. Coyle’s class have been learning all about the Olympics. We learned about the Ancient and Modern games, the mascot, the Olympic motto, the Olympic torch and the Olympic rings. Each child researched an Olympic sport and created a report on it. In groups, each child learned about a country that participates in the Olympics and completed a PowerPoint on it.
In PE we created our own gymnastic routines and in Art we created medals from clay and painted them.
