As St. Brigid is the patron saint of our school, we always celebrate her feast day. This year was no different. Our celebrations started with a Mass, during which we focused on the theme of Pope Francis' encyclical letter, 'Laudato Si'. The pupils read prayers and readings and brought forward gifts during the offertory, all reflecting the importance of looking after God's great gift of creation.
Following Mass, pupils, parents, grandparents and friends gathered in school to make St. Brigid's crosses and enjoy some refreshments.
