On Thursday 11th May, Y1 and Y2 pupils and their parents were invited to St. Patrick's P.S., Gortin to participate in a 'Stay And Play' workshop. This workshop was held in conjunction with local primary schools, and WHSSB. Orlaigh McCann, a speech therapist from the trust has been working with these schools from January to promote speech and language with Foundation Stage children. The workshop gave parents an insight into play and how it is organised in school.
