St. Patrick’s Day Dancing
To prepare for our patron saint’s feast day we were learning about some Irish culture in the form of Irish Dancing. After some practise, Mrs. Coyle’s class taught the younger children two ceili dances- ‘The Waves of Tory’ and the ‘Walls of Limerick’. We all enjoyed the exercise and the fun.
Older children have been learning ’Hail Glorious St. Patrick’ on the tin whistle to prepare for St. Patrick’s feast day.
