At a recent school council meeting, pupils gave a very good case for regular morning exercise. It was agreed they would lead an exercise class once a week for all the pupils.
Today was the first workout, led by Katie, Leona and Kathleen. Well done girls on getting the heart rates raised first thing in the morning. An enjoyable session for everyone.
