Last Friday saw the first of six sessions led by engineer, Bosco Devine, on Lego Mindstorm Robotics. During the workshop, all children got the opportunity to build their robot, using accompanying instructions, fit sensors and move the robot around a maze using the iPad to direct it.
These activities aid the children in development of thinking skills, group work and mathematical processes, along with being fun. We may be looking at engineers of the future😀.
