Catholic Schools Week 2025

This week is Catholic Schools Week, which this year has the theme, ‘Alive in Christ’.
Reflecting on the theme, Catholic schools will explore what it means to be fully alive as a human being – living life to the full in Christ.
We began our week by celebrating a whole school assembly, where we talked about our community of friends and how it is important to treat others with kindness. We heard the story of Zacchaeus, watched a video of the story and completed activities related to the story. Mrs. McBride was able to show her class a picture of the tree that Zacchaeus actually climbed.

Our  whole school celebration for Catholic Schools Week will be celebrated next Friday, 31st January with a Mass at 11am in St. Patrick’s Church.
