Years 5, 6 and 7 joined pupils of St. Peter's today to visit Butterlope Farm. We had a fantastic time despite the cold. We spent time feeding chickens,learning about and tasting the farm grown crops, identifying the plants and animals in the hedges, bogs and fields. We also had the opportunity to learn about farming in the past and compare it to modern day methods. We hope to visit again in the near future.
