Beep Beep! Days - Brake - The Road Safety Charity
24th Apr 2024
‘Beep Beep’ is a road safety initiative to teach the importance of road safety basics to schools. The charity, Brake, provide a pack full of ideas and fun activities that focus on three topics -
-Holding hands with a grown up when walking near roads,
-Crossing roads at safe places with a grown up,
- Using a car seat when travelling by car.
Year 1 to Year 3 children completed class activities, had a talk on safety and watched a short power point on the topics. The children made a hand print poster for the classroom. As part of taking part in ‘Beep Beep Day’ the class received a certificate to display in school. Well done everyone.
