Year 1 and Year 2 children participated in Outdoor Classroom Day on 17th May. This was an opportunity for us to enhance our learning by using the outdoor environment. The children completed a variety of activities such as tree rubbings, watering the flowers, drawing pictures with chalk on the tar, flying a kite, making bird food, water play, playing in the mud kitchen and going on the bicycles. We were so lucky that the sun was shining. The children will receive a certificate to celebrate outdoor learning and play.
